The FamSmart employers model brings together a set of strategies, methods and tools for both implementing practical support and developing norms and attitudes concerning family life and work. It is about exchange of experience and best practice cross borders. The core idea of the model is possible to implement in all countries and is spread with global companies and organisations, based on Swedish experience and adaptations to local contexts.
A combination of employer guidelines with continuous role model dialogues will give a significant effect, from the first day.
The Swedish FamSmart at work team of experts helps you arrange everything from a local lecture/dialogue workshop (live or online) with a panel of local/internal role models, to global train-the-trainer programs to roll out FamSmart employer and leader guidelines and activities on an international level. The handbook for managers and employees will soon be followed by a new international updated book, with new cases and lots of inspiration for spreading the idea and experience further abroad.
