Amazing conference arranged by UNFPA Moldova today! I really liked the focus on WHY, WINS and ROLE MODELS through the whole 3h agenda in a hybrid conference with big audience and over 20 speakers on place and online.
Honoured to be invited to start with sharing the keys we believe in for family friendly companies to really walk the talk and make policies live in practice, with convinced leader role models using and promoting them. And telling why companies like Telia Company, Boliden and Volvo Cars have been considered inspiring role models.

Great local role model cases like Panilino, Premier Energy, Asena Textil and Orange Moldova gave lots of hope, inspiration and concrete examples of what works and gives impact. And great to follow the how-to do rankings and certificates in Spain, Slovenia and Estonia.

Believing in true and honest storytelling from the heart, from top level managers – the key nr 1 to make family friendly policies live in practice..
